Introduction :

Training is one of the integral part of Department of Management Studies, RIT. The management of the institute fully invested in providing world class infrastructure, human and other resource to train the students of Department of Management Studies. Students are encouraged to take the initiative to improve their workplace attitude, soft skills, and professional skills while also developing Subject knowledge. The Training and Placement Cell's mission is to introduce students to the business world, giving them insight into their potential professional careers. The students are trained in Soft Skills, Hard Skills, Group Discussions, Aptitude and Analytical Skills by the professional corporate trainers and internal faculties too. Rigorous practice is being taken by internal faculties. These training practices indeed help the students to grab the opportunities and start their professional journey.

During this COVID 19 Pandemic also Department of Management Studies focusing on overall development of students. Online training of Soft Skills Aptitude and Analytical Skills by the professional corporate trainers and internal faculties are being conducted. Resulting which Department of Management Studies host the flag of Placement in Academic Year 2020 to the high as usual.
