    • The Institution of Engineers (India) has awarded 'Institution Prize' on 27th December 2019 to recognize the research paper published in 'Journal of the Institution of Engineers (India) : Series C' as the best paper published in Mechanical Engineering. 
    • Won a Gold Medal award for the Quality Circle led while representing the institute in an International Convention on Quality Control Circles (ICQCC) held at Beijing, China in 2007. 
    • Being a Quality Circle leader, also represented the institute in state and national level conventions and won the Par Excellence award in National Convention on Quality Control Circles (NCQC) in 2005. 
    • Received Performance Awards for achievements in Key Result Areas (KRAs) for the academic years 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13, 2013-14, 2015-16, 2016-17 and 2017-18.
